TECHSPEC®精密紫外反射镜适用于绝大多数市场上在售的光源,并提供深紫外(DUV)和真空紫外加硬(VUV)镀膜。DUV镀膜在190nm至长波红外(LWIR)波段可提供优异的反射率,而VUV镀膜在120nm至长波红外(LWIR)波段具有最佳反射率。这款TECHSPEC®精密紫外反射镜拥有0°入射角角度,并镀有适用于低偏振灵敏度应用的铝膜。
注意:软镀膜很容易被指纹和气溶胶损坏。
